Contractual Period: 3 Months (Convertible to Perm)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9.30am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Check purchase orders from customers and carry out to process the sales orders.
- Issue and update Order Confirmation to customers and copy sales.
- Liaise with factories on price, orders, and delivery.
- Check and feedback about documents from factories/suppliers.
- Prepare and send all documents requested in the sales contract to customers.
- Weekly update and monitor all sales orders status in sales order book.
- Filing all documents (hard and soft copy) regarding purchase and sales orders in a good manner and uploading them in shared folder.
- Handle customer's complaint about delivery, shortage of goods, documentation, etc.
- Check with the accounts department for payment received and outstanding debt of customers before delivery.
- Delivery & Inventory
- Check and confirm delivery date to customers for purchase orders.
- Contact and work with customers for goods delivery as per the sales contract's terms.
- Coordinate with overseas and local forwarders to arrange shipment and customs documents.
- Managing logistics job including importing/exporting and local domestic suppliers.
- Control and update import/export and shipment status.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with minimum 1-2 years working experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Approachable and demonstrates willingness to support
- Organised, detail oriented, and has analytical abilities.
- Process oriented, adaptable, reliable and flexible
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous.
