The Job:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategic plans, forecasting, and supporting revenue goals.
- Lead New Product Introduction/Development by assisting business cases, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing commercialization and launch activities.
- Manage the product life cycle, optimize costs, ensure continuity with manufacturing, and define product standards.
- Create training materials, pricing strategies, and promotional content, including trade shows and publications.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct benchmarking for managed product lines.
The Talents:
- Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Science/Material Science/Marketing or relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years product management working experince in medical devices, scientific instrument, electronics, aerospace, automotive or relevant technical industry.
- Candidate with chemical related product knowledge is an advantge.
