Role Description
- Assist to manage ISO 9001, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS65 documentaiton in the department
- Work closely with Operations & Customer Service Leads to ensure they comply to ISO requiements
- Attend to internal & external audits
- Perform internal audit, present audit report and follow-up with the preventive and corrective actions
- Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections for QEHS, as and when needed for account-specific requirements
- Prepare monthly compliance report in accordance to QEHS requirements
- Advise Operations & Customer Service Leads personnel on compliance during new customer onboarding
- File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
Requirements:
- Diploma holders in Quality Management, Business, Logistics or possess relevant certification in QESH
- Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in QESH management system and auditing
- Able to analyze issues using problem solving and root cause analysis tools
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
