Job scope:
- Assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to the laid down specifications in the production line. Test/Calibrate the products as per the test specifications. Primary packing of the finished products. ERP system transactions of the production.
- Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings, Product Test Specifications, Assembly Instruction Sheet, Six Sigma Sheets, Production Data sheet
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tapes, Vernier caliper, pressure gauges, micrometers, GO/NOGO gauges, comparators etc.
- Experience on the use of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Understanding of tightening techniques, Torque wrenches etc.
- Use of Hand Pallet truck, Use of Semi Electric/Electric stacker
- Understanding of 5s methodology
- Understanding of defects, ppm (parts per million), DPMO (defects per million opportunities), CTQ (critical to quality), Basics of QC tools
- Root Cause Analysis
Job requirement:
- Diploma in electrical & eletronics engineering and relevant discipline
- Ability to handle heavy jobs, products, raw material as per industrial safety norms
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
