Company Overview:

First Fun, a leading mobile game developer, is looking for a Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. We create fun, engaging, and visually stunning mobile games, and we're seeking someone who shares our vision and can enhance our marketing efforts through innovative and effective design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Processing: Review and process claims submitted by clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Payment Processing: Manage and execute payment transactions, including vendor payments, reimbursements, and employee expense claims, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconciliation: Support monthly reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and payment transactions, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, providing insights into claims and payment trends as needed.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate efficient claims and payment processes. Provide support in resolving any finance-related inquiries.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role (internships included).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
