JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the marketing manager in planning and executing online and offline promotional activities, including product launches, product displays and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely and foster good relationship with brand principals to review marketing collaterals, to ensure brand visibility and achieve business objective.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate day-to-day trade and retail operations.
- Work closely with the logistic team to ensure effective distribution of GWPs, POSMs and all sample requests for product display/ KOL/ publicity purpose. Also, to keep track of marketing inventories (e.g.: fixtures, GWP, POSMs)
- Work closely with retailers for in-store activity/ events to ensure that they rolls out smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with social media agency to develop the social media calendar to grow the follower base, from conceptualisation to the development and execution of each marketing campaign.
- Develop marketing collateral for point-of- sale (POS) displays, digital platforms and social media platforms.
- Manage marketing budget, track expenditures and ROI for all trade marketing activities.
- Conduct market survey to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and make recommendations for marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
- Assist in preparing presentations, monthly & quarterly reports for brand principals on trade marketing activities and evaluate its effectiveness of each activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail marketing.
- At least 3 years’ experience in social media marketing and experience to work with micro influencers. Preferably with campaign planning experience.
- Able to commit extra hours to meet tight deadline, when necessary, also to support events/ in store activity on weekend.
- Good stakeholder management, meticulous and responsible.
- Proactive and independent, not afraid to face challenges and a problem solver.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills, ability to adjust priorities and operate in a fast paced and fluid environment.
- Team player with hands-on mentality, strong integrity and working ethics.
