RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop insurance business distributed through agents in Singapore
- Responsible for the profitable growth and development of business through agents
- Maintain and develop customer relations
- Assist in the recruitment of new agents
- Assist Senior Vice President / Head Of Department to manage, review and improve Agencies Business Unit operations and workflow processes
- Provides technical reference point for all staff
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Group policies are relevant to the role
- Assist Senior Vice President/ Head Of Department in managing Agencies Business Unit to achieve desired plan
- Ensure all accounts are within credit terms allowed to individual agents
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
- Tertiary qualification and /or professional insurance qualifications
- Operations experience in sales and servicing of business through insurance agents
- Business analysis and conceptual capability
- Marketing, Relationship Building and Portfolio Management
- Knowledge in Singapore Insurance market
