• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all façades
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct inspections on mainly Facade Works
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities. Review inspection and testing reports
• Issue NCRs, propose corrective action in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
• Review, approve and maintain all related documentation
• Other duties as assigned and able to work with minimum supervision
