Job Description:
- In Charge of managing client stakeholders, build relationships and maintaining client accounts to assist in on-going business development.
- Responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Responsible for managing the changes in project scope, schedule, and costs and measure the project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Overseeing the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team.
- Responsible for developing a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- In Charge of coordinating internal resources and third parties and vendors for the execution of projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the coordination meeting is done daily and weekly meeting with the management
- Taking charge of timely claim to client and ensure that the project claim approval
- Taking charge the timesheet submission is in the ERP Systems as well as creating and maintaining the project documentation
- Performing of risk and safety management to ensure compliance and in line with the direction set
- Responsible in conducting audit and managing resource use to ensure availablility and allocation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marine Construction Industry
