Who You Are:

We are looking for someone for the Senior Process Engineer position, with experiences in Lithography (Coat/Expose/Develop/Critical Dimension/Overlay) process knowledge. Additional knowledge in the WET etch/cleaning and plating process will be an advantage

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Process Engineer to take responsibility for Operations Engineering under Lithography and WET Engineering Module.

In this role, you will handle daily process related operations, and work with equipment engineers and shift team to sustain and improve the module KPIs.

What You Will Do:

· Process Owner for Lithography and WET/Plating processes on different layers/substrate.

· Take ownership and drive development in Lithography, and WET/Plating Process technology roadmap.

· Drive cost efficiency through innovative process simplification, improving productivity and optimizing current costs model.

· Drive improvement to optimize processes to meet the yield and quality requirements.

· Map-out / Design DOE to understand the interaction between process and hardware parameters and apply the results and knowledge to optimize for best performance

· Process improvement through conceptualize the ideas, characterize and optimize processes / applications needed for successful integration.

· Investigate, analyse root cause to problems with DMAIC systematic approach.

· Work with inter/intra departments on all continuous improvement activities.

· Actively lead, participate and manage project workgroups. Coordinate project activities for successful implementation.

· Prepare specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation; Monitor and optimize current procedures and propose necessary changes or improvements through proper documentation, SOP and OCAP.

· Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.

· Maintain Safety & housekeeping at all time for a safe work environment that is compliance to the safety regulations.

· Any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

· Min 5 years working experience in Lithography process engineering. Experience in the 6 inch technology and hands on/manual fab will be an advantage (ACT08, stepper, MkV, Micralign).

· Additional experience and knowledge in the WET etch/clean and plating will be an advantage

· Basic knowledge in the wafer fab fabrication is a must.

· Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing

· Possess a high degree of self-motivation, goal orientated and the ability to focus on solving problems and to learn new skills.

· Experience with manufacturing operation, failure analysis and LED knowledge will be added advantage.

· Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.

· Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.

Education (Minimum Level)

· Bachelor’s Degree

Field of Study

  • Chemicals, Materials Science, or relevant engineering degree is required.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

· 5 Years
