Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities and crew members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and personnel on site.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Implement best practices to improve workflow and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
