Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external service contractors for essential tasks.
  • Assist the operations and maintenance team with daily activities.
  • Support the cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping teams with their daily operations.
  • Coordinate the procurement of maintenance parts for issue.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with landlords.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and evaluate contracts with superiors and maintenance team.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Provide support by obtaining quotes and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance actions for the mall.s with landlords.
  • Follow up with renters regarding faults, preventive maintenance, and corrective measures within their units.
  • Ensure tenant compliance with fire safety and food hygiene inspections.
  • Recommend and collaborate with superior on long-term preventive maintenance plan based on daily work experience.
  • Assist in compiling utility charges for submittal to the superior landlord.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including preparing circulars and tabulating chilled water billing for finance to bill tenants.
  • Provide support, get quotes, and conduct feasibility studies for reconfiguration projects.
  • Ensure that tenant fit-out, reinstatement, and reconfiguration activities are completed smoothly and on time.
  • Coordinate document submission to relevant parties and authorities, including the superior landlord.
  • Assist with emergency management during evacuation and provide support to superiors.
  • Assist with department annual budgeting, controlling expenditures and capex.
  • Monitor monthly expenditure and capex and explain variations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
