Job Responsibility:
- Supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures.
- Performs forecasting, material planning and procurement functions in line with regulatory requirements, and supports vendor management based on established supplier selection processes and criteria.
- Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs in accordance to company’s ESG guidelines and policies.
- Use automated inventory control systems to analyse inventory levels in real-time and predict customers’ demand and spending patterns based on future business requirements.
- Address customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Singaporean only
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in procurement or purchasing.
