Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and control.
• Assist in building and guiding project teams, providing direction, and support to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and regularly monitor progress.
• Assist in generating reports that outline project status, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Address conflicts and resolve issues within the project team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problem areas, adjusting strategies as required.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as they arise.
Job Requirements:
• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Have relevant on-site experience.
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Can work effectively under pressure and take initiative.
