Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of HR Executive:
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, claims, and timesheets, including handling government-related claims.
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to overall team efforts.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent through diverse channels.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance brand presence and develop recruitment materials.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess recruitment and retention strategies.
- Manage the onboarding and exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Identify skill gaps, propose training programs, and maintain training records.
- Participate in the Staff Welfare Committee and help organize company events.
- Support social initiatives aimed at community engagement.
- Oversee employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR
- Comfortable with payroll processing with headcounts more than 300
