You will join the team to assist the Team Lead to develop and implement marketing and content strategies to promote LLI’s Advisory Services i.e. SkillsFuture Advice and Skills & Training Advisory across different channels such as social and digital marketing, events, direct outreach to target customer segments, with the use of LLI’s website and social media assets and marketing collaterals
Our ideal candidate is interested and has experience in creating and generating ideas and content for a variety of formats, shooting, editing and publishing.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote LLI’s advisory services, with a focus on increasing awareness, audience engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates;
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, and events for Advisory Services;
- Develop marketing collateral, success stories, engaging content through social media posts, website articles, and other content that effectively communicates the value of the LLI’s advisory services.
- Perform desktop research on relevant topics, analysing key findings, and distilling information into a piece of content independently;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including SkillsFuture Singapore, public agencies, private organisations, and industry associations, to create co-marketing opportunities and enhance service visibility;
- Ride on appropriate trends to increase our channels visibility to non-followers;
- Strategise and plan content calendar;
- Handle ad-hoc content creation projects as assigned (e.g. learning materials);
- General copywriting. The candidate needs to be able to write precise, accurate, and professional pieces of content (i.e., blogs) or turn key points into succinct and engaging copy that speaks directly to users (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & corporate website);
- Utilise Search Engine Optimization to increase the visibility of content;
- Manage and develop content for advisory services for our company’s website;
- Compile, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement; and
- Collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and target audience needs.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in public relations, marketing, or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of content/ copywriting experience with a demonstrated writing portfolio.
- Strong command of spoken and written English;
- Excellent communication, writing and research skills, detail-oriented;
- Editorial mindset on creating content that will engage the target audience.
- Experience with content creation and growing an audience online
- Experience with managing website
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
- Good time and project management, networking, collaborative and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision; and
