An established FMCG seeking for a Regional Planner, Up $4.5K
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Near Bugis MRT
Start Date: 1st December 2024
Responsibilties:
Reporting and Inventory Tracking:
- KPI metrics preparation
- DC inventory reporting (aging profile, freshness alerts peg against markets’ requirement)
- Supply Disruption (Out Of Stock) Management
- Review Inbound Alerts Management (including both inline and NPL)
- Propose Air Freight quantities based on current run-rate, counter inventory coverage and NPL OCD timing
- Review inbound unfulfillment from Source Hubs due to non-availability of fresh inventory that meets markets’ requirements
- EMEA/AP Hub sourced: leverage enhanced STO report with root cause
- NA Sourced: leverage DC reports for STO cancelation
- Consolidate SKU list to share with relevant planners confirm exceptions
- Execute Air Freight Request Management
- Escalations to CRSM on key supply constraint
- Excess Inventory Management:
- Review and coordinate the execution of deployment and dynamic redeployment proposals
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related course
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Power BI)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong operate with discipline and bias for actions
- Good conflict management skills
- More than 3 to 5 years experience within the supply chain or planning process areas preferred
- Good knowledge of sales strategy and brand positioning preferred
