Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Consumer PR and Social Media Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consumer public relations, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to develop and execute integrated PR and social media campaigns. You will play an important role in managing client accounts, building media and influencer relationships, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Provide counsel to clients on PR and social media initiatives and content.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Work with the Consumer PR and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) teams to develop and execute comprehensive PR, brand and social media strategies to achieve client goals.
- Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other PR materials.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and metrics.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and relevant influencers.
- Secure media coverage in top-tier outlets through effective pitching and relationship-building.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, on-brand content for media releases and alerts, fact sheets, listicles, long-form content and social posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with client messaging and brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the PR and IMC teams on new business opportunities and current clients to ensure strong results.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in consumer PR and social media, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Exemplary spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to secure media coverage and build media relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
