Job Description
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.
- Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master program
- Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.
- Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant.
- Min 3 years experience in Project Engineer or relevant for landed house project in Singapore.
- Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking associate.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, Good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM.
