This temporary position is part of the team who manage student feedback and regular review exercises to support continuous improvement to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. This position is responsible for implementing surveys, analysing data, generating and consolidating reports, secretariat to review meetings, and logistical support in events.
Responsibilities:
- Secretariat for Course Evaluation Group and Clinical Education Review Process meetings
- Assist in the generation of reports/meeting packages and minutes for Curriculum Evaluation Group (CEG1,2 and CEG3,4,5) and Clinical Education Review Process (CERP) annual meetings
- Generate Student Feedback on Teaching Reports for Team-Based Learning Facilitators and Faculty
- Provide logistical support in events such as Objective Structured Clinical Examinations, Student Dialogue Sessions, CERP Senior Management Meetings, etc.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A good degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong aptitude in data management and comfortable with writing minutes of meeting
- Self-driven and meticulous and team-player
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution or healthcare setting will be an added advantage
This is a 5 months temporary contract.
