Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and brand teams to develop and implement trade marketing strategies aimed at ensuring the commercial success of off-trade markets.
- Partner with BTL agencies to create POSM materials that align with brand and retailer guidelines. Coordinate with brand and sales teams to guarantee timely and high-quality executions.
- Perform regular market visits to observe competitor activities, share best practices, and suggest actionable plans to the marketing team.
- Review promotional activities and provide recommendations to enhance account profitability.
- Oversee monthly trade marketing budget management and maintain organized filing systems.
- Manage the Nielsen database using the Answers Platform, providing evaluations and recommendations for channel success.
- Monitor and report on volume performance by channel.
- Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in the development of annual commercial reviews and brand planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role is advantageous.
- *** Graduates with relevant internship experience.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore for store visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
