Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with operations staff in the container yard to maintain smooth running of the daily operations
2. Ensure and arrange containers to be surveyed before collection
3. Monitor, update and create clearance and bookings
4. Ensure that the depot system updates are performed timely
5. Liaise with leasing / shipping agents’ or the consignee when hauliers are not able to make payment for the damage repair cost
6. Attend to hauliers and process in-bound and out-bound containers in the system
7. Keep inventory report on ‘AV’ and damaged containers
8. Handle collection of payment on Depot Handling Charge
9. Collate daily storage, repair and movement reports and other ad-hoc requests required by the shipping/leasing lines
10. Identify discrepancies and raise issues to superior
11. Serve as back-up to counter duties
12. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holders are welcome
2. Good communication skills
3. Committed and able to work overtime as and when required
4. 1 year relevant experience in container depot preferred

1. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5.45pm; Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am – 2.00pm
