Responsible for overseeing projects/releases to ensure compliance with SDLC and organizational rules and policies. Provide strong support to Program and Project Managers by enforcing governance, tracking program/project financials, and promoting collaboration and synergy across all teams.
[Project Governance]
- Oversee the delivery of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to pre-defined plans, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor projects and releases to ensure compliance with SDLC and relevant organizational rules and policies for project delivery.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership teams.
[Budget Management]
- Develop templates for tracking and reporting program/project budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of investment and expense utilization.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project budget spending, analyzing variances between planned and actual expenditures.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to monitor progress on acquisition plans and payment milestones.
[Resource Management]
- Partner with Program/Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition.
- Support resource and vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Centralize and maintain resource allocation records for optimization across programs and projects.
[Process & Tools]
- Develop and refine processes, procedures, and templates for project delivery to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and guide project managers and team members on project management processes and tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Banking, Computer Science, or a related field, along with PMP certification.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management and PMO execution for large-scale financial solution implementations.
- Strong background in program management, planning, and project execution.
- Solid financial management expertise to ensure accurate tracking of project financials.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
