Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality skills and ability to interact with wide range of client demands.
- Assist Catering Supervisor with catering events and to manage the day-to day F&B operations in a professional manner while meeting client needs.
- Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity.
- Assist Hospitality Supervisor to manage equipment, stock inventory accurately and pantry supplies. (I.e., Air pot, ordering of drinks, coffee bean etc.)
- Ensure client floor pantry is being top-up promptly.
- Ensure all crockery are wash and restore back to the destined place.
- Setting up to user requirement in the training rooms and provide beverages to them.
- Check, and tidy all the individual training rooms. Refresh training rooms before next event arrival.
- Prepare lunch area by setup and set down for events.
- Escort caterer to the destined training room.
- Ensuring all food & beverage are delivered to clients in a timely and professional manner before their event.
- Inter department cross training and refresher course will be provided yearly – Whenever the teams need help you will be always ready to stand in.
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and the relevant departments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Hospitality Supervisor or Manager.
