Roles & Responsibilities:
1. HR administration including preparation of Employment Contracts, letters, and other documentation
2. Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
3. Recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract signing, onboarding for new joins, and offboarding
4. Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
5. Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation related matters
6. Assist in employees payroll
7. Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
8. Leave administration such as managing leave approvals, adjustments, cancellations, and crediting of Off-in-Lieu etc
9. Identify employee concerns, including handling disciplinary issues
10. Managing company and employee insurance updates and renewals
11. Plan and organize staff engagement activities
12. Training and development activities
13. Handles office administrative, maintenance, and support duties
14. Handles petty cash, expense claims verification, and reimbursement
15. Follow the latest government regulations and funding, and implement them when needed
16. Other ad-hoc matters
Requirement:
1. Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
3.Experience in IT companies and/or startups will be an added advantage
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Resourceful and problem-solving skills
6.Good sense of time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented
