Our shop is unique lifestyle store located in Singapore's Tanglin Mall. The concept blends European premium home furniture, homeware, and décor from well-known European brands such as Laguiole, Flamant, Fatboy, Jean Dubost and Costa Nova, with a focus on high-quality Belgian linens.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations, particularly with home furniture and décor items, to enhance their shopping experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our furniture and homeware products to assist customers effectively. Promote ongoing sales and promotional items to maximize store revenue.
- Help with stock control, replenishment, and ensuring the shop floor is always well-organized, neat, and fully stocked.
- Work closely with other team members to meet sales goals and maintain the store's overall performance.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Sales Associate Requirements:-
- A passion for home furniture and interior design, with the ability to communicate that enthusiasm to customers.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Shift works, weekends and PH.
- Salary will commensurate with experience
