Roles & Responsibilities:
HR
· Recruitment which includes placing job advertisements, interviews arrangement, references and background
check.
· Preparation of appointment/confirmation letter, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury
Compensation.
· Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
· Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
· Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update employee data in internal HR databases.
· Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, etc.
· Ensure the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
· Ensure timely and accurate submissions for all government related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave,
Maternity/Paternity Leave, makeup claims.
· Assist in monthly claims
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Administrative
· Attend & greet the guest, serve beverages or meals when necessary.
· Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
· Printing and order business cards when necessary.
· Training and course arrangement
· Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air travel, accommodation, etc), and operations, manage
relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and travel service providers.
· In charge of General Administrative duties and office maintenance matters.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in HR
· Display good understanding and knowledge of Singapore Human Resource practices, employment laws and
regulations.
· Proficient MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
· Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
· Must be hands-on (the team is lean), able to fit well in an international environment
· Simple accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
· Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Team player, responsible, positive learning attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
