Responsibilities:
- Managing site progress, technical specifications and manpower resources
- Running the project within the allocated budget
- Sizing up the costing for variation order if there is additional and alternation work
- Preparing the project implementation schedule, carrying out the implementation, monitoring delivery, site installation, inspection and handover schedule in accordance to planned project schedule
- Conduct project meetings, site surveys, prepare project submissions, system designs and installation drawings
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
- Contribute to the planning and development of projects
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects
- Researching information as required
- Admin tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings
- Keeping track and reporting on project progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with more than 7 years experience of which minimum 5 years as an Asst Project Manager or similar capacity
- Preferably certified with PMP
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Preference for candidate with IT Security and Network experience
- Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, SQL / VMware
- Sound Knowledge in L2 and L3 switches
- Experience with good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, SAN/NAS, Server Virtualization, TCP/IP Networks and/or Industrial Communication Systems will be a plus
