Your key responsibilities include:
- Assist in creating reports and tracking metrics related to product usage and customer retention, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Support data analysis tasks by assisting in ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions.
- Work with the Operations and Service Delivery teams to understand their needs and help translate them into hypotheses for testing.
- Collaborate with Product team to assist in maintaining dashboards and operational monitoring tools.
- Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product usage and customer retention.
- Document processes and metrics to enable future replication of analyses.
What do you need for this role?
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset) will be an advantage.
- Basic programming and data analysis skills (e.g. Python, R, SAS) are advantageous.
- Good communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product operations, business intelligence, or data analysis. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in healthcare or e-commerce is an advantage.
