Job Description
- Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities;
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;
- Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for a project progress update and monitoring of quality;
- Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements;
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project;
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes;
- Monitor staff performance and complete performance views;
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership;
- Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders;
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards;
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
Job Requirement
- Degree in civil engineering and or above 3 years and above experience in Landscape Management role.
- ISA and CPH holder will have an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of Landscape industry experiences
- Well versed in Plants Identification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed to work in meeting deadlines.
- Positive working attitude and strong decision-making skill.
- Self-motivated, with desire to learn.
- Practical experience in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc will be value-added.
