Job Responsibilities:
Business Development-
- Identify and pursue new Contract Recruitment business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and drive revenue growth.
- Present tailored recruitment solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Account Management-
- Oversee the delivery of recruitment services to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Monitor account performance and make recommendations for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes and client solutions.
- Facilitate internal communication to align on client requirements, service delivery, and account management.
Requirements:
- Seasoned professional with at least 3 years in business development and account management within the recruitment industry, with a focus on contract staffing.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Note: This role does NOT involve talent sourcing or recruitment delivery; those responsibilities are handled by a separate team.
- Ideal, but not a must: Diploma / Degree in any field
