Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef

Job Description:

  • Planning of daily menus, manage dietary requirements, ingredients purchase and prepare excellent cuisine for various events.
  • Ensure high standard of hygiene in food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with butler teams as well as external caterers to meet function timelines
  • Able to prepare different types of cuisine
  • Arrange for equipment maintenance periodically where required
  • Handle general admin work such as claims for purchases, marketing logs and costing for menus etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
