Job Description:
- Planning of daily menus, manage dietary requirements, ingredients purchase and prepare excellent cuisine for various events.
- Ensure high standard of hygiene in food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with butler teams as well as external caterers to meet function timelines
- Able to prepare different types of cuisine
- Arrange for equipment maintenance periodically where required
- Handle general admin work such as claims for purchases, marketing logs and costing for menus etc.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
