1. Provide On site or IT counter services for IT-related issues include problems with Desktops, Notebooks/Macbooks, Tablets, Printers, Plotters, MFDs, Copiers and Scanners to users
2. Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation eg: to external 3rd party vendor for maintenance support etc
3. Conduct Preventive Maintenance
Requirements:
• Relevant technical IT expertise and skills in latest Windows & MAC OS;
• Internet, MS Office 365 Suites;
• Possess good communication skills in English language.
• Good telephony skills.
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills, self-awareness, self-control, and motivated in customer handling.
• Demonstrate initiative and tactfulness and willingness to serve
• Ability to apply knowledge with other people, especially in a crisis situation, work in team environment.
• Ability to manage themselves emotionally.
