JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and manage all detail of the project from inception to completion
Forecast monthly progress claim and expenditure budget
Manage sub-contractors performance
Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers and project team
Monitor equipment usage and allocation
Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
Minimum 3-6 years working experience in related and project management field.
