Job description:
•Work in all areas of Food & Beverage sections
•Welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner
•Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
•Assist in answering customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
•Assist in preparing set ups for tables
•Comply with F&B policies & procedures, hygiene regulations and all health and safety legislation
•Attend management meetings when required
•Suggest areas and execute continuous improvement activities within work area
•Ad-hoc duties wherever necessary and maintain good working
Job requirement:
• At least 1 year F&B service experience
