Job Description / Requirements:
This role will mainly support reception / administrative duties, office management, reconciliation, and staff Claims / account payables.
- Scanning of documents for archiving
- Assist in records management
- Handle corporate card application process
- Support facility management / health & safety matters of working environment is in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Reception duties e.g. incoming couriers, visitor management, incoming calls / emails from public
- Support branch events (Townhalls, client events etc) where applicable
- Responsible to oversee the day to day reports and work with various business units to clear all outstandings
- Monthly account reconciliation
- Data leakage prevention
- Support on any purchase requisition and/or souring matters
- Staff Claims / Account Payables
- Provide data for bank reconcilliation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
