Job Description :
• Able to read drawing plans
• Able to do plastering and tile laying works
• To supervise and manage all related matters with regards to day to day site activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality and safety objectives
• To manage and monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction programme.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements :
• Min 6 years experience in construction
• Minimum BCSS and Work at Height Certification
• Positive working attitute.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
