What you'll do:
As a Single Sign-On Identity Management Support Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing all security solutions. You will contribute to the development of the Single Sign-On and LDAP technology roadmaps, liaising with architecture teams in undertaking architectural reviews. Your responsibilities will also include working with partner teams to conduct analysis of major and critical incidents, identifying improvements that can help reduce ongoing incidents within the Single Sign-On and LDAP area. You will also take responsibility for the quality of changes within the Single Sign-On and Identity Management environments.
Provide architectural expertise driving change and improvement in technology and process.
Take responsibility for the delivery of key projects around Single Sign-On and LDAP.
Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments.
Work within the change management framework adopted by the organisation.
Perform pre-assigned tasks to accomplish the function responsible for.
Ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
Minimise operational failure by implementing sufficient regular controls.
Provide a direct contribution to the operational permanent control framework.
What you bring
The ideal candidate for this Single Sign-On Identity Management Support Specialistrole will bring a wealth of technical skills including experience with CA Siteminder Web Single Sign-On, SOA security - SAML / WS-Security, Autoprovisioning tools such as BMC ControlSA, Sailpoint, or Forgerock. You should have knowledge of LDAP Kerberos / SSL/TLS / PKI / GSS-API / SPNEGO oAuth2, OpenIDConnect. Experience in using tools like Ansible is essential along with scripting skills using Python/JS or shell. You should be a clear communicator in both written and oral forms with proven logical and methodical problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
