Job Description:
- To lead and coach a team of Junior BA and BA in performing their tasks.
- Responsible for tasks that being assigned to her/his team members.
- Conducting business requirement studies & map business process to system process.
- Preparing Master Functional Specification when required.
- Develop Test Plan for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.
- Follow up on Issue Log.
- Conduct User Acceptance Test Online/Onsite to Local and Oversea Users.
- Perform Online/Onsite Daily User Support to Local and Oversea End Users Perform any other duty as directed by superior.
Requirements:
- Preferably degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP/PLM.
- Positive attitude to learn new technologies and understanding how to utilize them.
- Have a good communication skills, a team player, able to foster team commitments.
- Able to work with tight schedule.
- Willing to travel if required.
