Project Supervisor
- Attend contractors’ tool box meeting as needed
- Coordinate permit application with contractors, area owner & permit issuer
- Coordinate MOS and RA approval with contractors and EHS
- Coordinate parts receiving and storage from vendor
- Provide independent review and approval of key deliverable cGMP Quality Control documents such as Test packs, vendor handover package & etc
- Walk down and punch list clearance
- Monitoring of Contractors/Sub-contractors Quality Control Activities against Project Quality Plan and approved ITP’s
- Review procedure to ensure construction quality meets Plant requirement
- Supervise installation of piping, equipment & facility activities
- Coordinate scaffold erection/removal
- Liaise with Piping/Mechanical, E&I. QA/QC engineers from various contractors and vendors to execute/implement site QA/QC systems in accordance to contract, codes, standards, regulation and equipment specific specifications
