- Handle & manage key accounts / customers
- Proficient in communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Result oriented approach.
- Maintain and develop effective relationships with external stakeholders (eg. customers) to achieve business objectives.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Gathering of market, customer, and other relevant info to provide insights and support for negotiations.
- Conduct analysis on business performance using sales data to determine ROI of activities, promotion planning, and business reviews for assigned customers.
- Evaluate promotional plans (pre and post) with supporting qualitative commentary and impact on customer, brand and company.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target for assigned customers.
- Manage and monitor progress of sales activities and implement solutions based on changing trends.
- Recommend improvements based on lost sales data, customer feedback, etc to close any gaps.
- Support management in forthcoming products and discussion for special promotions.
- Review their own performance and aim exceeding targets.
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (eg.merchandisers, warehouse, finance) to ensure efficient and effective execution.

- Up to 2-4 years working experience in similar or related fields/role.
- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Demonstrate research and analytical skills.
- General understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship.
- Demonstrate understanding of consumers.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
