Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage and works status.
Prepare for the ordering of materials.
Update the work schedule daily and report to project team.
Supervise and coordinate the activities at the site.
Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of the work.
Ensure and implement site safety requirements
To work closely with other site staff and main contractor’s staff to meet the project schedule.
At least 5 years working experience on project site work in construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocad.
Ability to communicate with the workers in Mandarin.
