Responsibilities:
- Proven strong leadership and excellent people management skills with core.
- Understanding and management of the wholesale division.
- Accountable for all sales and selling activities.
- Plan, implement and execute aggressive sales and accounts opening plans.
- Responsible for growing sales, meeting or exceeding company sales targets, revenue and profitability targets in line with the company’s directions and strategies.
- Maintain close, amiable business relationships with existing and potential account.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements
- Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record in sales in DIY and gardening products preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in a wholesale regional business development role.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
