Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet the project objectives.
- Plan and prepare all project activities - drawings, schedules, risk assessments, method statements, etc.
- Monitor progress of each project and resolve any problem that arises, including site issues.
- Ensures project execution is within the cost, time, quality and technical objectives.
- Enforce the implementation of operation, quality, safety and environmental policies of the company amongst the projects team.
- Liaise with colleagues, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), preferably from a local university,
- Minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience in the management of complex water infrastructure projects of at least S$50mil,
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with clients like PUB, NEA, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues,
- Have strong sense of ownership and responsibility, can manage project safety, schedule, costing efficiently and effectively, ensure on time delivery.
