COMO Metropolitan Singapore is located in the heart of Singapore on Bideford Road. Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial Team in day-to-day management and administration of the Commercial activities
  • Assist Director of Marketing and Communication on Social Media platforms and give professional responses to guests
  • Manage all emails, and telephone queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist the Commercial Team in the preparation and coordination of client proposals, contracts, pro-forma invoices and the annual RFP coordination process
  • Assist DOSM to prepare monthly reports to respective recipients
  • Maintain database of sales contacts and leads
  • Produce sales and market statistics for the Commercial Team. Collating hotel month end figures from property Commercial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual Sales Business plans, quarterly reviews in conjunction with the Commercial Team
  • Assist the Commercial Team in the production of Commercial presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions
  • Assist in the compiling research and feedback on changing market travel trends, statistics, new business source, competition
  • Oversee the maintenance of Commercial Systems
  • Meet sellers/agents/brokers to assess investment opportunities, and perform initial due diligence
  • Assist with ad-hoc Commercial projects as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of PR and Communication.


Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in commercial support or administration
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Competent problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
