As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a receptionist for our retail outlet. As a receptionist, you serve as the face of our business to customers and is of significant importance.
The candidate needs to ensure that excellent customer service standards are embraced and displayed throughout interaction with our customers.
Duties include:
- Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries
- Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments
- Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers
- Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic
- Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (TCM prescriptions are issued in mandarin as such proficiency in mandarin is required)
- Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
- Team player and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role
