Job Description
- Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards
- Ensure high level of service standards
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the necessary treament products, replenishment of stocks,towels supply ect.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by Manager
Requirements
- Preferably with ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certification
- Able to commit on weekends/public holidays
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Pleasant personality and hardworking
