Job Brief:
Be the HR business partner in managing the reward & welfare matters related to the human resources, focus on the payroll administration
Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Plan and execute the periodic wages payment to the employees within the given timeframe.
- Perform the timely and accurate payroll processing including for foreign workers in compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements
- Perform the timely and accurate outsourced contract workers’ management fees processing in compliance with the Malaysia Law
- Monitor the daily attendance of the employees based on the employees’ duty roster and report the variance to the related department manager and HR personnel who handling the Employee Relations function
- Compensation & Benefit
- Design, implement, administer and communicate of the compensation, benefits or total rewards programs to meet business performance requirements, which includes regular benchmarking and reviews to ensure it encourage employees' performance behavioral.
- Administer the employees’ fringe benefits and its entitlement to ensure such benefit is granted within the limit and with proper documentation.
- Ensure the consistent compensation & benefit practices and initiatives across the Business Units.
- Others
- Ensure an appropriate filing system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and secure manner
- Assist in the conduct of human resource audits and surveys to prepare reports with recommendation on human resource-related issues and employee motivation
- Prepare and maintain personnel records and monthly human resource reports, inclusive of human resources expenses and budget
- Assist the HR Manager on the ad hoc projects as at when required
- Read the Information Security Policy and those supporting policies and guidelines that are relevant to their role.
- Implement good workplace practices of complying with the Information Security Policy.
- Responsibility for dealing securely with any information they have access to in the course of their duties.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification : Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Business Management (or other relevant fields)
- Experience : Preferable 1 year HR-related experience, with exposure to payroll and compensation & benefits functions, in a manufacturing environment
- Skill : Knowledge in employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967) and experience in handling HR-related disputes, Microsoft Office, Good consultancy skills
- Language : Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay with superior communication and customer service skills
