Job Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing schedules, coordinating meeting, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and organize construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and other project-related documentations.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting minutes and other documentations as required.
- Coordinate communication between the construction team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with the preparation of purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and project activities are on schedule.
- Handle general office duties, inclufing filing, data entry and managing office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations in all administrative activities.
- Provide supporting in organizing and coordinating site visits, inspections and meetings.
- Assist in managing budgets and financial records related to construction budgets.
- Any other tasks as and when required by superior and management
Job Requirements :
- At least 2 years of working relevant experience in related field / preferably in construction or related industry.
- Knowledge in construction terminology and processes is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and mulitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel from time to time
- Working days ( Monday - Friday )
