Responsibilities
1) Handling calls from customers on the fault reported on system
2) Liaise with the respective maintenance team to resolve the fault reported
3) Ensure fault reported are recorded, followed up and resolved within service benchmark
4) Maintain the Call centre equipment and inventory
Job Requirement
1) NITEC or Diploma in IT or Engineering Field
2) ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with IT knowledge or customer service experience
3) Good communication skills
4) Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
5) Able to work overtime, weekend & public holiday
